Dr. Felicitas Come-Ducusin is an Alumna of Centro Escolar University with a degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1986. She got her Masters in Hospital Administration conferred by UP College of Public Health in 1986. Dr. Come- Ducusin is a Fellow of US-based Pierre Fauchard Academy, which is exclusive for internationally famous or elite personalities.
Dr. Come-Ducusin authored a resolution filed at PDA House of Delegates which paved the way for the creation of the Oral Health Division, under Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DCPB) of DOH. The Oral Health Division revived the long-defunct Dental Health Bureau. In 2010, she was awarded “Most Outstanding Dentist in Professional Advancement” and “Outstanding Achievement Award for Chapter Training Program between PDA and the Japan Dental Association.
At present, Dr. Felicitas Come-Ducusin is the Director III of the Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau of the Department of Health.
